  I'm already a slim 174. First time I took pill , I was very sleepy. Me personally I take the pill about an hour before dinner time that way I can still do my daily cleaning, homework and cook dinner, eat shower then bed. Now the next morning you will be very hungry so this pill increases your appetite. For the last year I have used Gcurve, Meca xl and I would say that this is the best product that actually works quick
