DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer 2-7 business day delivery via Standard Priority shipping. 

Note: There is a standard processing time that may take up to 7 business days to prepare your order before shipment. However, most orders typically ship out within 1 business days.

Processing time excludes weekends (Saturday + Sunday) and major holidays. 

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, CURVESBYJESS  reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.

Damages + issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

We will evaluate the issue and correct your shipment or issue store credit/refund if the item status is no longer in stock. 

 

 

 

IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS SET BACK TO US FROM USPS A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONLY FOR THE ITENS PURCHASED YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR SHIPPING COST!
