I never prefer the gummies before but I have brought the pills and they work, I was gaining 5 pounds a week. I’m not to happy that I only received half of the bottle with only 10 gummies. I just don’t feel as if I got my moneys worth. But I will update you if these work within the 10 days. I weigh 151 as of right now.
